Taught Specializations

The Executive Skill Certificates (ESC) are delivered in masterclass style and can be enrolled as an individual module. In your learning journey, you will attend live workshops assessed by case studies and individual project presentations. Upon completion, you will receive a credit-bearing award and a transcript.

Digital Transformation - Development and Design

This module can be considered a toolkit for practical applications that will allow for successful innovation project planning and execution. Using real-world projects and examples, students can use course content and learning materials to develop their own small to medium-sized digital innovation and transformation-related businesses in the near future.

You will plan and experience digital innovation and concepts in groups by doing these:

The module will offer an understanding of the skills, principles, and practice of effective management coaching & mentoring to anyone in a leadership role or who wants to pursue a career in coaching or professional development.

The importance of the data does not imply only generating and collecting them, but also know how to classify them, how to generate data models and how to be able to extract business value from them.

Being able to know how to work with the data and the available applications that can be utilized are key factors when managing a company from an strategic approach.

This course is the first one in a program is focused on preparing yourself to increase your data analytics skills and your strategic point of view on how to use data for the decision-making process.

The main objectives of this course are :

  • Define data analytics and the main stages in a data analytics project.
  • Detail the main data types and source of data.
  • Identify the main tools and solutions for collecting data, data processing, data analyzing and visualization.
  • Explain the fundamentals concepts (Maths and Statistics) utilized in data analytics.
  • Practice with a dataset some key steps in the data analytics process
  • Create dashboards considering the results of the previous analysis

One purpose of the course is to understand how technologies unfold and how they guide the strategic direction of contemporary business. The course involves reading and discussing over a dozen cases a wide variety of successful, emerging, and unsuccessful businesses

This course focuses on the skills and knowledge required to develop a cloud computing strategy to establish cloud computing services to improve a business.

It applies to those who work in senior management, including strategic business analysts and chief information officers.


  1. Analyze existing business ICT system assets
  2. Select deployment and delivery model
  3. Develop cloud implementation strategy


  • Review business assets and identify required assets for cloud deployment
  • Evaluate each asset’s risk tolerance according to business needs
  • Map assets to required cloud deployment models
  • Review and select required delivery model for each asset according to business needs
  • Document business security risks 
  • Develop a cloud implementation plan, and confirm that deployment and delivery models are in line with business requirements
  • Develop costing for technology requirements implementation proposal
  • Develop processes for the periodic review of cloud service metrics according to implementation proposal and business need
  • Submit documentation to required personnel and seek and respond to feedback
